1. USER INFORMATION

Who is the controller of your personal data?

Jump Into Reality SL is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs them that these data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

How do we use personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. We plan to use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

  • Send commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or by any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that make it possible to carry out commercial communications. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services, or those of their partners or suppliers with whom they have reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • Conduct market research and statistical analysis.
  • Process orders, requests, respond to queries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contacting methods available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
  • Send the online newsletter on news, offers and promotions on our activity..
Why are we allowed to process your personal data?

Because the processing is permitted by article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
  • In the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conduct market research, statistical analysis, etc. and process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.
  • With the USER’s consent: Involve the interested party in selection processes.
  • With the USER’s consent: analyze the browsing habits of users who visit the website to improve the services offered (analytical cookies).
  • With the consent of the USER: to answer your questions via the website's Online Chat.
How long will we keep your personal data for?

Data shall be stored for no longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal prescriptions dictating their custody, and when such purpose is no longer necessary the data shall be erased in accordance with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or their complete destruction.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

In order to ensure the proper provision of the service, it may be necessary to communicate your data to other group companies for internal administrative purposes, administrative management and billing, for a legitimate interest of the Controller.

This communication involves an international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (United Kingdom), covered by the EU Commission's adequacy decision (Decision of 28th June 2021).

In addition, and for the purpose of conducting the study and analysis of a user's behaviour by recording their interaction on the website during a given period of time in order to improve the functionality of the website and/or applications along with the overall experience, the Provider has contracted the services of Microsoft Co. (Clarity), from whom it has obtained the guarantees required by the RGPD (https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/docs/view/Microsoft-Products-and-Services-Data-Protection-Addendum-DPA).

No other communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except by legal obligation or in case it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing. In the latter case, the data may be communicated to our service providers related to communications and marketing, with whom the Data Controller has signed the confidentiality and processing assignment contracts required by the privacy regulations in force.

This website includes links to other sites where the USER can find the necessary computer equipment to work with the products marketed by the RESPONSIBLE, not implying its appearance on this site endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the owners of the linked sites. The USER is informed that the use of these links does not entail the processing of data by the RESPONSIBLE or its marketing providers, who will only use the information necessary for the monitoring statistics of the links that have been made. 2. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, the USER accepts explicitly, freely and without any doubt that their data are a necessary requirement in order for the supplier to deliver their service. The USER also accepts voluntarily to provide their data in the remaining fields. The USER confirms that the personal data supplied to the CONTROLLER are true and accepts responsibility for communicating any changes to the CONTROLLER.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. In the event that not all of the data required is provided by the USER, there is no guarantee that the information and services SUPPLIED will be in accordance to the USER’s needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for processing the personal data for which they are responsible, and, specifically, with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which such data are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner with respect to the USER and in an appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary, with respect to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that they have implemented all the appropriate technical and organisational processes which are necessary to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the USER’s rights and freedoms. Furthermore, the CONTROLLER has shared the appropriate information with the USER so that they are able to exercise such rights and freedoms.

PRIVACY POLICY IN SOCIAL MEDIA

1. USER INFORMATION


Who is the controller of your personal data?

Jump Into Reality SL, hereinafter, the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that they have created a company profile on the following social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest and that they are the CONTROLLER of the processing of the USER’s personal data on such social media. The CONTROLLER also informs the USER that these data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), provides the following information on data processing:


¿For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Purposes of data processing: maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER which may include the following activities:

  • Process requests and queries sent to the data controller
  • Report on activities and events organised by the data controller
  • Inform about products or services offered by the data controller.
  • Interact through official profiles.

¿Why can we process your personal data?

Legal basis of the processing: article 6.1.a GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has their own profile in the same social media and has decided to join the CONTROLLER’s social profile by showing interest in the information published in it. Consequently, at the time of requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER gives us consent for the processing of such personal data published in their profile.
The USER may at all times access the privacy policies of the specific social media, as well as configure their profile to protect their privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access and processes the USER’s public information, especially their contact name. These data are only used within the social media and will only be incorporated into the CONTROLLER’s file when necessary and in order to process requests from the USER.


How long will we keep your personal data for?

Data storage criteria: the data will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given, as indicated in this privacy policy.

 

Whom do we disclose your personal data to?

Communication of data: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social media, including their personal data, may be published, always according to the services used by the USER, so that such data may be publicly available to other third parties who are users of the same social media. From within the profile of every social media, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, see the permissions that have been granted, delete them or deactivate them, like any third party’s application that they no longer want to use.


No communication of personal data to third parties outside of social media is foreseen except, when necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our suppliers of services related to communication, with which the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.


What are your rights?

Rights of the USER: they can only be exercised in relation to such information that is under the control of the CONTROLLER.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:

  • Access to the profile’s public information.
  • Publish all the information already published in the CONTROLLER’s social media account in the USER’s profile.
  • Send personal and individual messages through the social media’s channels.
  • Updates of their status that will be published in the USER’S profile.

The USER always has full control of their connections, may delete content that no longer interest them and define with whom they share their connections. In order to do so they must access their privacy settings.

3. PUBLICATIONS

Once they become a follower or have joined the CONTROLLER’s social media, the USER may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social media. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the content they publish, own the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social media, be it text, charts, photographs, videos, etc., that threaten or are likely to threaten morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe, violate or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to the image or the law, is strictly prohibited.
In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request to have the USER blocked permanently.
The CONTROLLER shall not be held responsible for the contents freely published by the USER.
The USER is reminded that their publications will be visible to other users. Hence, they hold prime responsibility for their own privacy.
Published images in the social media will not be stored by the CONTROLLER, but will remain in the social media.

4. DATA ON MINORS OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Access and registration through the CONTROLLER’s social media is prohibited to minors under the age of 18. On the other hand, if the USER is a disabled person, the intervention of the holder of their parental authority or guardianship or that of their legal representative is required, by means of a valid document that accredits the representation.


The CONTROLLER will be expressly exonerated of any responsibility that may arise from the use of social media by minors or disabled persons. The CONTROLLER’s social media do not consciously collect any personal information from minors, therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register, use the CONTROLLER’s social media or supply any personal information.
